Did you experience any cultural conflicts on your mission?
nIt is customary in Argentina for men and women to kiss each other on the cheek. However, it is against mission rules for us to kiss or get kissed by anybody. So, when I first got to Argentina, men would try to kiss me on the cheek, and I wouldn’t know what to do. I didn’t know the language very well yet, so I would just freak out! My companion told me to let them kiss me and explain later. But what if a cute guy kissed one of us!? That’s just asking for trouble.
