The Expendables 2
Stallone, Norris, Willis, Schwarzenegger, Van Damme, Lundgren, Couture, Crews, Hemsworth, Li and Statham … whew … are back for more vengeance, payback and recoupment than ever! Insert action-geezer gag here. (Lionsgate)

Alter Egos
Superheroes have lost government funding, and Fridge (Kris Lemche) is stuck with a shallow girlfriend who only likes his mask, and the task of finding The Man Who Killed His Parents. Also starring Sean Lennon as Electric Death. (Phase 4)

The Dead Inside
A couple, photographer Wes (Dustin Fasching) and writer Fi (Sarah Lassez), find themselves burned-out and uninspired—until Fi becomes suddenly possessed, insane and stabby. Creative block solved! Bonus: Musical numbers. (Monarch)

Hard Core Logo 2
In the sequel to the 1996 Canadian rock mockumentary that of course everyone is familiar with, Bruce McDonald (Kids in the Hall) documents a new band who claim to be channeling dead punks Hard Core Logo. Finally! (MVD)

Slaughter Creek
A struggling actress (Marissa Joy Davis) takes a role in a soft-core porn flick being shot in Austin, Texas, with a reality-doc crew in tow; mysterious snuff footage and dead bodies begin piling up before lunch. Keep Austin weird! (Midnight)
