The Dodo Restaurant in Salt Lake City has an aura of intrigue and delightfulness, just as the bird it is named after. "Baked cream cheese, marinated in soy sauce, breaded with toasted sesame seeds. Served with apple and Asian pear slices and crackers." Maybe it's just us, but this starter sounds well, unappealing. But nay!
