At Cottonwood's Teru Sushi in Salt Lake City you'll enjoy a wide variety of nigiri, maki sushi, temaki, sashimi and more, all at modest prices. Popular, yummy favorites include the California roll, tuna roll, Mars roll, bento boxes, Spider roll, squid salad and rainbow roll. The downside is the there isn't a lot of seating during busy periods in this small restaurant.
