After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, Allison Regan was motivated to make her favorite treats gluten-free. So was born Sweet Cake’s mission of providing low-cost, gluten-free baked goods. Cupcakes highlight classic flavors such as red velvet with creamcheese frosting, as well as more exotic options, such as eggnog with rum.
