Surefire Pizza
Recently, Jeffrey and Melissa Whitehead stopped by the City Weekly offices with food. Not just any food, but delicious wood-fired Napolitano-style pizzas. The Whiteheads are the owners of Surefire Pizza, but I can’t give you an address for their pizza place because it’s mobile. They have a portable, custom-built wood-fired oven trailer that they that they can tow around to special events, parties, business lunches, catered affairs and such. You might have seen them at the Downtown Farmers Market this summer. So, maybe you’re getting married for the third of fourth time. Why not have a pizza-party reception instead of the usual buffet? Located on Main Street in Park City’s Old Town, Mountain Town Olive Oil Co. is a mecca for olive oil aficionados, carrying more than 35 kinds of olive oil, including single varietals from Australiam, Europe and California and two unique organic oils.
