Don’t let the fast-food element deter you; Suki Hana does not compromise flavor for convenience. The menu is small, but adequate, and includes teriyaki chicken, shrimp teriyaki, blackened fish, spicy shrimp and vegetarian options. Entrees can be served as a one- or two entree plate, or as a small bowl for a lighter appetite. Meals come with a choice of rice or noodles, and the menu also has egg rolls and spring rolls. Check out Suki Hana at the food court at City Creek Center near downtown Salt Lake City, for a fast and inexpensive—but tasty—sampling of Japanese cuisine.
