Located off the garden atrium at the downtown Embassy Suites, Stephen's American Bistro offers traditional dishes for lunch and dinner. The restaurant’s open, casual atmosphere is inviting, whether you’re having a light lunch or dinner with friends. Enjoy menu favorites ranging from colorful salads and sandwiches to steak and chops.
