Chef/owner Dean Hottle’s restaurant menu is just as eclectic as the surroundings, with tempting items such as hoisin-glazed calamari and white shrimp, corn tortilla-crusted red trout and, of course, Snake Creek Grill’s infamous black-bottom banana-cream pie.
