Founded in Ketchum, Idaho, the popular Smoky Mountain Pizza & Pasta has expanded to Utah’s Little Cottonwood Center. Hand-tossed, thin & crisp or deep-dish pizzas are the specialty here, featuring premium toppings like artichoke hearts, andouille sausage, Greek olives, pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, shrimp, pesto and more. Spicy pastas like the Ragin’ Cajun dish and chicken linguine are a nice change.
