Skewered Thai's foodcart staples can now be enjoyed in a restaurant setting. Skewered Thai opened their downtown Salt lake City location in 2013. During festival season, the Skewered Thai food cart can be found almost everywhere—the Pride Festival, Twilight concerts, Park Silly Sunday Market and the Utah Arts Festival. And all of Skewered Thai’s foodcart staples can also be found at its downtown restaurant, which opened in late 2013. Here you’ll find great lunch combos, an extensive vegetarian menu, beer and wine, outdoor seating and, of course, fresh, authentic made-to-order Thai cuisine. Highlights include the chicken satay, spring rolls, pad thai and green, red, yellow and massaman curries.
