Salt Lake Men's Choir: A Touch of Class

The Salt Lake Men’s Choir presents a classical music concert Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25 at 7:30 pm at the First Baptist Church, 800 South and 1300 East in Salt Lake City. The choir will be performing elegant music ranging from Vivaldi’s “Gloria”, Handel’s “The Messiah”, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Requiem” and modern interpretations of music from Beethoven, “Beethoven’s Wig” and Offenbach, “Can You Can-Can?”. This concert will feature soloist from the Metropolitan Opera auditions held in Utah, and will be accompanied by a nine-piece orchestra made up from members of the Ballet West orchestra. Artistic Director Dennis McCracken said, “With this concert, “A Touch of Class”, the Salt Lake Men’s Choir has once again raised the bar.”
