With Sakana's extensive menu of Japanese treats, it may be difficult to zero in on just a few. There is truly something for everyone on at Sakana. The appetizer menu is peppered with seductive starters such as Asian scallops with sweet and spicy sauce, citrus aioli prawns, calamari tempura, garlic chicken wings and mussel shooters. Specialty salads include seaweed, ika and sunomono, while shrimp tempura udon, Sakana steak and BBQ babyback ribs with Asian glaze are just a smattering of the entree offerings at Sakana.
