Park City’s first annual Redstone Art Fair— presented by Howard Allen Events—is like a two-day Gallery Stroll set outdoors; however, you can actually visit every gallery by foot before they close shop. The mini-galleries of more than 100 juried and selected local and national artists and crafters are staged in tents along the winding streets of the Redstone Center. While it may sound like a craft market, this event consists of high-end paintings, sculptures, photography, jewelry and more. Patrons can leave with a $15 necklace or a $15,000 sculpture.

Sculptor Fred Prescott, among others, attends many of the 90-plus HAE-juried art fairs nationwide because of vast exposure and, simply, because they’re fun. He even has to bring a forklift to unload life-size steel animal sculptures. Other recognizable national artists in attendance include Bob Wilfong, a bronze sculptor, and Cheryl Ward, a painter who collaborates with her horses, along with local painter Keith Dapp. Beyond buying, a bonus for art-lovers is mixing and mingling with these and more than 100 other artists.

Redstone Art Fair @ Redstone Center, 1678 Redstone Center Drive, Park City, Aug. 14-15, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., free.
