Red Maple also offers traditional dim sum at easy-on-the-wallet prices. Also very economical are the traditional family-style Chinese dinners. With a menu ranging from potstickers and Kung Pao chicken to clams in spicy black bean sauce, congee, Chinese pickle with squid, and Hong Kong-style barbecued duck, there's truly something for everyone on the Red Maple menu. Special lunch and dinner combos are offered daily and Red Maple also serves beer, wine and sake. You'd be hard-pressed to find Chinese food any more authentic in Utah.
