Queer Prom once again surpassed expected numbers at the April 18 gala organized by Tolerant Intelligent Network of Teens (TINT). An affiliate of the Utah Pride Center, the youth group has been functioning as TINT since 1998. The seventh annual dance attracted 650 guests who were treated to a safe and tolerant environment at Salt Lake City’s Main Library. X96’s Portia Early provided the music for what proved to be one incredibly liberating night.
