The Hibl brothers seek out USDA organic and fair-trade coffees to serve at their Kimball Junction location. Among the coffees you’ll find at Park City Coffee Roaster are coffees from Sumatra, Tanzania, Mexico, Ethiopia, Kenya, Peru, Nicaragua, Colombia, Guatemala and more. And there’s free Wi-Fi, to boot.
