In 1976, the founders of Paradise Bakery & Café created their first freshly baked cookies and muffins in Long Beach, California. As their success grew, as in the downtown Salt Lake City location, they continued to expand menu selections adding delicious brownies, croissants, quiches, breads, soups, salads and sandwiches. Today, the extensive restaurant menu ranges from the Belgian waffle breakfast and ranchero omelette to specialty soups, pastas, garden salads, sandwiches such as the delectable ham and brie panini and fresh-from-the-oven desserts and quiches.
