In 1976, the founders of Paradise Bakery & Café created their first freshly baked cookies and muffins in Long Beach, California. As their success grew, so too did their locations, adding Midvale, Utah to one of their establishments. They continued to expand menu selections adding delicious brownies, croissants, quiches, breads, soups, salads and sandwiches. Today, the extensive Paradise menu ranges from the Belgian waffle breakfast and ranchero omelette to specialty soups, pastas, garden salads, sandwiches such as the delectable ham and brie panini and fresh-from-the-oven desserts and quiches.
