In 1976, the founders of Paradise Bakery & Café created their first freshly baked cookies and muffins in Long Beach, California. As their success grew all the way to Salt Lake City, they continued to expand menu selections adding delicious brownies, croissants, quiches, breads, soups, salads and sandwiches. Today, the extensive Paradise menu ranges from the Belgian waffle breakfast and ranchero omelette to specialty soups, pastas, garden salads, sandwiches such as the delectable ham and brie panini and fresh-from-the-oven desserts and quiches.
