Panhandling Reserved for the Kitchen

I just read the letter “Vagabond Primer Needed” [Jan. 6, City Weekly], and it is the greatest letter that I have ever read.

Like Tyler Riggs, I also have been accosted by vagrants and panhandlers at Burger King. So far, I have not witnessed any fights, but have been hounded by the f-word at the library TRAX station, as well as on the train.

Yes, we do need Vagabond Primers, but neither the city nor The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints can make up their minds about how to treat these vagrants and vagabonds.
In closing, the only panhandler I like is a household pan with a handle on it.
