Not All Bicyclists Are Babies

Are bicyclists worthy of such disrespect [“Bike Tykes,” July 25, City Weekly]? Sure, there are some who show disrespect for others and the law (I encounter some even here in Moab), but verbal correction usually is sufficient in such situations. To imply no bicyclist is respectful by endorsing satire is counterproductive to society’s best interests, which should be to promote peace and unity.

Great articles by Randy Harward on David Lee Roth and Rush ["Hello, Dave," July 16; "Semi-Permanent Waves," July 9, City Weekly]. Please tell me Harward still has the audio clip of David Lee Roth saying "fuck you"—and, pretty please, could he make it available? At least to me?

The Confederate battle flag is a part of our country's history, but it is not to be celebrated. We don't celebrate winning the wars of America's enemies by flying their flags.
