My daughter suffers from anxiety, adhd, old, and odd. When she was 7 we put her on this and noticed a significant improvement. After 3 years, she was doing so well that I discontinued giving it to her, thinking she had 'outgrown' her issues. Within 2 months she spiraled downward so badly she had to be hospitalized twice, a month each time. She is on her 3rd trial of prescription medication- the first 2 were so disastrous that she became suicidal and violent. While her current one is better, she hallucinate, feels nauseous often, and gets headaches. Do I regret taking her off empower /q96? You better believe it. Be aware that significant research has recently been done on q96 here, where I live, and it is excellent. I can provide the links to the research and contact info of the doctors at her hospital here who are advocates of it. I will be putting my daughter back on it as soon as I can. The Dr's currently treating her have let me know that the prognosis for the medication she is on is bleak, and is likely to plateau.
