Sky’s the Limit
Park City’s luxurious Sky Lodge (201 Heber Ave., 435-658-2500) has shaken up its culinary program by launching two new restaurant concepts: Table One and Tavern. Table One is Sky Lodge’s new high-end eatery, featuring a 24-foot communal table as well as more traditional intimate seating. The Table One menu, created by Chef Kevin Dalebout—formerly of Deer Valley Resort’s Mariposa restaurant—features enticing dishes like Burgundy truffle gnocchi, free-range rabbit roulade, striped bass Ã la nage, chile-rubbed Cervena venison and smoked Quinault River steelhead tartar. Entree prices range from $28 to $48.
Meanwhile, Tavern is a low-key artisan bar featuring British-inspired pub fare with a contemporary American twist. Chef Ashley Chapman—who studied with and worked for renowned Brit chef and Food Network star Gordon Ramsay—will dish up a ham-hock terrine, truffled macaroni & cheese, roasted bone marrow, bison cottage pie and pan-fried Utah trout, just to name a few of the eclectic Tavern menu choices. Up the Creek
Looking for a cozy spot to sip a warming libation and nosh on some great bar food? Millcreek Grill & Bar opened recently at 2020 E. 3300 South and features weekend brunch and live music from artists such as The Gene Pool, Nathan Spenser and The Freudian Slip.
