.05 is NOT 3 drinks an hour for a 160lb man
In fact they always said that .08 is 2-3 drinks in an hour for the same man.
So which is it?

Why does Utah always feel the need to be weird when it comes to its liquor laws.
Whenever their is perceived good changes it's backed up with bullshit other changes that aren't even weirder.
It's just another way for Utah to alienate its non Mormon neighbors & try and get more $ from those they don't want here anyway.
KILL ALL THESE BILLS. As long as one step forward means 2 steps back this is NOT the progress we are looking for.
