As you might guess from the name, Naked Fish specializes in sashimi, sushi, maki rolls, nigiri and such. Other dining options include the glazed Pacific Rim pork ribs, miso-glazed sea bass, lettuce cups and tempura. Don’t pass up the mind-blowing Wagyu beef. This is the real thing: all-natural Japanese strip loin imported from the Miyazaki prefecture on Kyushu Island. The place might be called Naked Fish, but the beef is stupendous.
