Re: “Called Into Question

As an ex team leader who quit only a week ago I can tell everyone that if the drug problem here is going to be fixed it will need to start with upper management. It is common knowledge that the AF1 floor manager takes large amounts of Adderoll. He has a perscription for it but takes a month worth in a week and the rest he gets from salespeople looking to get ahead. In my personal experience he also uses oxycontin supplemented with suboxone for withdrawl constantly. To compound drug problems, MOA has twice as many employees as leads to work so extreme favortism decides who will get leads not ability to sell or years of loyalty. The funny thing is they are still hiring at a fast rate, around 20-30 a week! So if I go get a script for adderoll or pain medds and trade it with the floor manager for leads and a team then I can make more money... Is that right? In business there will always be politics but this is out of control, unfair as well as childish!!!
