A little glamorous & just plain demented. Cartel is a by-product of an American-Dream gone wrong; After being told no in a toddler's in tiara's competition, spit on in gym class and pushed off a cliff by a hotel heiress, Cartel rose again after selling her soul to a demon in red stilettos.  She'll captivate you with beauty and eat your soul like a jumbo waffle fry. Prepare yourself for a freak-show, viewer discretion is advised.
