Breakfast is served till 5 p.m. at Midvale Mining Cafe and features rib-sticking fare like three-egg omelets, chile verde over hash browns, and chickenfried steak. At dinner, the restaurant serves classic American favorites with mining-themed names like roast beef (Iron Bridge), liver & onions (Black Bart), cubed veal (The Tunnel Light), and chicken cordon bleu (The Forty-Niner). The scones at MMC are large enough to feed most of the Midvale population, so order accordingly.
