The Mestizo Coffee House is an independent cafe and art gallery, located west of downtown Salt Lake City, that aims to please both the visual and culinary palates. Dishes range from guacamole-topped salads to fresh tamales and chocolate flan. Rotating artworks join artist-in-residence Ruby Chacon's permanent collection on display at Mestizo. At breakfast, give the ranchero bagel a try.
