Martine | SLC-Downtown | Contemporary | Restaurants
Martine, situated in an old, beautiful brownstone building in downtown Salt Lake City, has been pleasing customers with its world cuisine since 1999. The restaurant and bar menu is influenced by Mediterranean, Spanish and North African cuisines and features dishes such as Moroccan braised beef with crimson lentils, lavenderseared wild salmon, grape-leaf-wrapped halibut with capers and house-smoked Utah trout. Dining in Salt Lake City’s classy but casual Martine can range from a glass of wine and a tapa to a full multi-course extravaganza. A very fairly priced wine list and bar cocktails just adds to the appeal.
