This restaurant nestled in the Deer Valley resort in Park City, offers not only a top-notch wine list and superb service, but also an amazing and flavorful menu. The phrase “melt-in-your-mouth” is dead-on for describing the exquisite pan-roasted sea scallop with oak-smoked bacon-chive risotto, gala apple, basil and frisee salad, and Granny Smith beurre blanc.
