Litza’s Pizza was founded in 1965 by Don Hale, who loved a good, rich, top-quality pizza and set out to create one. He carted his family throughout Utah and surrounding states trying pizzas from different pizzerias (his kids loved it), gathering recipes here and there for pizza, spaghetti, salad dressings and garlic bread. Litza’s makes from scratch its own pizza dough, pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, garlic butter and salad dressings (Roquefort, Thousand Island, French and Vinegarette). You can also purchase Litza’s pizzas to take and bake at home.
