The diner scene where they encounter Sea Bass was filmed in Ft. Morgan, Colorado at the Reata Travel Stop. It's just south of I-75 at the Barlow Rd exit. If you look it up on google maps, the marker comes up incorrectly as being north of the interstate. I've eaten there and the inside is completely remodeled but the exterior looks pretty much the same. When Sea Bass and the waitress run out after they take off that part of the gas station/diner looks very much the same now.
