You know local Internet phenom Deena Marie from YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and every other social media in existence as well as her hilarious videos for CityWeekly.net—but how often do you get to see her in the flesh instead of pixels? Rarely—which is just one of many reasons to check out Fury, Fashion & Fur tonight: Not only will Deena Marie be hosting the fund-raising event for the Utah Animal Advocacy Foundation (UAAF.org), but she’ll also be performing with the Voodoo Darlings burlesque troupe.

What’s the connection? Deena Marie works with Pinups for Pups, a dog-rescue organization that preaches responsible pet ownership through events and sexy calendars. In that spirit, there will be a “Pose With a Pinup” photo booth; a Pinups for Pups models fashion show; and musical performances by Nichole “Kole,” Melody, Ashlee Dickson and Alicia McGovern to round out the evening.

Fury, Fashion & Fur @ Bliss, 404 S. West Temple, Tuesday, Oct. 27, 6-10 p.m. Free admission; $10 suggested donation.
