The prize is not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded and as-is.

By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name.

Participant also agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless City Weekly/Copperfield Publishing from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages or proceedings, including but not limited for death (including reasonable attorneys� fees) relating to Prizes and any other matter in connection with a Participant�s participation in the Contest(s).

By completing and submitting an Entry Form and/or any other Contest Documents, the Participant agrees to be bound by these rules.
