South African trio Civil Twilight’s self-titled 2010 debut showcased a band clearly influenced by some of the biggest bands in recent memory, including touches of the uplifting anthems of U2 and some cutting lyrical barbs ala Nirvana. And I really like the fact one of their tunes was featured on Celebrity Rehab, my favorite train wreck of a reality show.
