The Bottle Rockets, Marshall Crenshaw

Straight out of small town Missouri, The Bottle Rockets are a long-running roots-rock crew who are used to delivering amped-up, sloppy-in-the-best-way rock & roll at bars and theaters across the country. The band’s latest, though, is something a little different; Not So Loud is The Bottle Rockets gone acoustic, recording a bunch of old faves in a little St. Louis schoolhouse. The approach should work well for this outdoor show, part of the Cool Air Concert Series at Snowbird, where they are joining like-minded roots-dude Marshall Crenshaw for what is sure to be a memorable gig in the mountains.
