The Atwater Weavers Guild has kept the art of hand-weaving alive, a rare feat in a world where machine production and mass distribution are the norm. The weavers incorporate ancient techniques with modern technology to create their beautiful and functional works art. Come help the weavers celebrate 40 years of weaving by attending their kickoff party on March 10 from 6-8 p.m. In addition to viewing the exhibit, you can meet the artists and watch them demonstrate their work while enjoying refreshments and live music.
