Jermaine Dupri

The producer, rapper and songwriter was barely out of his teens himself when he launched his career as a music mogul with the breakout success of tyke rappers Kris Kross in the early ‘90s. Since then, he’s gone on to record and write hits for mega-acts like Mariah Carey, Babyface and Destiny’s Child, create rap albums under his own name, contribute to records like Jay-Z’s “Money Ain’t a Thang” and land Janet Jackson as his girlfriend. What a Jermaine Dupri concert entails, I have no idea, but I’d guess there will be a lot of familiar rap and R&B hits flowing. DJ Brisk opens.
