This 21-year-old son of the Red-Headed Stranger was born in Austin and essentially grew up on Willie’s Honeysuckle Rose bus, but now he calls California home. Nelson and his band delve into country a bit, but also include some rock and roll and reggae tints in their music. The band has become semi-regular visitors in Utah lately, with gigs in Park City and Ogden in addition to Salt Lake City in the past year. And reports after each have been more than kind.
