The House I Live In

The Salt Lake Chapter of Students for Sensible Drug Policy is pleased to present its screening of the award winning Sundance film “The House I Live In” at the Sale Lake City Public Library. Following the feature will be a guest speaker panel with Rocky Anderson discussing America’s failed war on drugs. Written and directed by Eugene Jarecki, the film is filled with hopes to establish impact and effect on this 40-year war. Former Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson has served as an advocate for immigration reform, LGBT rights and an end to the “War on Drugs.” The SSDP is a local organization that is active in several campaigns such as public education and policy change in the legislature.
