Tibetan Buddhist Urban Retreat

The Dzogchen Shri Singha Foundation and Dzogchen Shri Singha of Salt Lake City will hold the first annual Dzogchen Urban Spring Retreat. The program is designed to give participants real-world skills for coping with the stressors of modern life by laying out a solid foundation for Dharma practice. This comprehensive approach balances intellectual study, meditation techniques, and group practice and includes teachings on the fundamental principles of Buddhism as presented in The Buddha Path.
