The University Campus Symphony will perform a concert titled An
American Jubilee. The program will include: Aaron Copland's Billy the Kid Suite, Ron Nelson's Jubilee and several traditional American folk and patriotic songs. The concert will feature soprano Emily Nelson, a doctoral student in vocal performance. Musical director of the concert is Robert Baldwin, with Larry Spell as principal conductor and John Findlay as assistant conductor. Tickets for the event are $10 for general public, $6 for outside students and seniors and free for U of U students.
