The Salt Lake Acting Company presents a free panel discussion in conjunction with the National New Play Network Rolling World Premiere production of ‘Manning Up’, a comedy about two soon-to-be fathers questioning what it is to be a husband, friend, and man in contemporary society, written by Sean Christopher Lewis. The panel discussion will give a greater insight into the fears of transitioning towards fatherhood and the dynamics of male best friends. The production will be live from SLAC’s Man Cave: Babies, Bottles and Binki’s…oh my! and will provide an opportunity for audience members to understand what being a man and father means. Audience members can explore major themes and the ways we view men through the help of the panelists.
