Making heart healthy choices can be daunting, but luck for the women of Utah there is Saint John the Baptists Ladies Association has made it their goal to spread the awareness of heart disease. Along with the goal of spreading knowledge of heart disease, the Association aims to raise funds for the American Heart Association.
Hopefully they will do so at this Dancing with the Stars themed. Occasions at the even include a charity luncheon and ballroom dance competition.
