A Scott H. Biram concert is a crusty concoction. Guttural howls, hoarse screams and hairy-eyed croons get mixed like mud over sloppy, slipshod riffs strummed and picked from his ’59 hollow-body Gibson and the pounding of his amplified left foot. Like the title of his new batch of songs, Bad Ingredients, they’re all rotten, but somehow manage to swirl into something that can be consumed straight with no chaser and leave you with a helluva buzz. Restavrant opens the show.
