Kairo By Night

Kairo by Night was formed in 1986 in Salt Lake City and has been performing continuously in Utah and surrounding venues. The music performed by KNB is Middle Eastern in style and includes standard compositions from Arabic, Israeli, North African and Persian cultures as well as originals by band composer and keyboard player, Dave Weisenberg. Kairo by Night has represented music of the Middle East for the Utah State Office of Education, The Middle East Centers at University of Utah and Utah State University. They have entertained children and adults throughout Utah at the Utah Arts Festival, Utah State Fair, the Brown Bag Concert Series, school assemblies, cultural fairs, neighborhood festivals and private bookings.
