Recording artist and DJ Ryan Raddon—known as Kaskade—has been in the trenches of the electronic dance music (EDM) scene for more than a decade. He’s also looked down from the top. The 2011 release Fire & Ice debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Dance Chart. And, on July 27, he’ll be the first electronic-dance-music artist to ever solo headline the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The performance will be up for live streaming live at 10:15 p.m. MST at YouTube.com/UltraMusic. The same day, he’ll drop a new track, “Kaskade vs. Qulinez—Stars Troll”—a mashup of Kaskade’s “Stars Align” and Qulinez’s “Troll,” produced by Kaskade.
