Coberly has been a photographer for over ten years and has a background in architecture and design. He began his study of photography in Washington State and is currently working towards his BFA in photography at Brigham Young University. During this time, he has developed a great love of the outdoors which ultimately has been the main focus of his imagery and his latest exhibit, Line.
Line is an ongoing body of work that illustrates simplistic landscapes with an emphasis on strong graphical shapes while maintaining a natural and pleasing feel. These lines can be found in large scale like the sandstone canyon walls of Southern Utah as well as small intimate setting of ice formations in Alberta Canada.
